Eunice & Moses

Sixty-one years ago, Moses and Eunice met at a daytime church revival in Southside Virginia. Soon afterward they married, and have lived in New York and Richmond. The parents of two sons, they have retired and live a quietly active life in Southampton County, near friends and family. Retirement also included Eunice serving on VPLC’s Board of Directors and helping provide information to her community about the toll-free Senior Helpline. Moses and Eunice are very active in their church community and offer help whenever they see someone in need. They have recently had to depend on others as Moses battles cancer. Eunice’s bottom line is the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you’d have others do unto you.”
