Joel, a father of four children ranging in age from twelve to nineteen, was concerned when he was laid off. Joel had always provided for his family and worked in construction and plumbing. When he was laid off, his first concern was health insurance for his family, especially for his third child who is on the autism spectrum. Enroll Virginia helped him navigate the steps needed to obtain affordable coverage, and he is “thankful for their knowledge and helping me so quickly.”
Joel is currently a school bus driver for special needs children. He enjoys their trips to and from school. He is also committed to his church and looks forward to the day when he can master sign language and Spanish so that he can help others access the Holy Scriptures.
