TELL THE GA: PASS SB 40 AND PROTECT VULNERABLE VIRGINIANS
SB 40 would establish basic due process for residents in assisted living facilities. These residents are incredibly vulnerable, and Virginia must put in place basic protections to stop arbitrary evictions that can lead to homelessness and hospitalization.
